Yinglong

Overview

Yinglong wears a lot of hats and leads with the largest one — she introduces herself, in full, as the twenty-first director of Lingyun. Day to day the temple is hers to run, though the harder standing assignment is keeping her younger sister from causing trouble somewhere else.

None of which means anyone else gets to push her people around. Try it and someone will be happy to tell you what the village calls her. How that attitude translates into a combat kit has not been detailed.

Yinglong appears in the Launch Date Trailer key art NetEase published on August 25, 2026, alongside the rest of the announced cast.

Lingyun

The Lingyun she names is Chongxiao’s Lingyun City, the second of Ananta’s two settings. That naming is first-party in English — @Ananta_EN gave it on August 25, 2026 alongside the release date — and it is covered on the release date guide rather than repeated here.

What it means for the roster is the part that belongs on this page: Yinglong is the first announced character whose introduction places her outside Nova City.

Name

NetEase’s Chinese site lists her as YINGLONG (璎珑), and her self-introduction gives the full name Wei Yinglong (魏璎珑). The English site has not published character profiles yet, so there is no official English profile text for her — the summary above is our reading of the Chinese one.

Note that 璎珑 is a personal name, not the winged dragon Yinglong (应龙) of Chinese myth. They are different words that romanise the same way.
