Here’s the honest answer: there isn’t a meaningful one yet — and any site showing you a confident S-to-C ranking right now is guessing.
Why a Real Tier List Isn’t Possible Before Launch
Ananta isn’t out. Only closed-test and demo builds have been played, and those are pre-release versions that will change before global launch.
There’s no gacha. Unlike most live-service RPGs, Ananta has no character banners — every character is earned through story and gameplay progression. That removes the usual “who should I pull first” question a tier list exists to answer.
Combat roles and kits aren’t officially confirmed. Until the developer details each character’s abilities, scaling, and team function, any ranking is speculation.
What a Tier List Will Actually Rank Once Ananta Launches
- Combat effectiveness and team-fight contribution
- How well each character fits common team compositions
- Ease of use and how their kit scales as you progress
What Makes a Character Strong in Ananta?
Even without knowing every character’s final kit, here are the universal factors that separate strong characters from weak ones in action RPGs like Ananta:
Role clarity. The strongest characters do their job extremely well. A great damage dealer has high output on their skills. A great support provides consistent buffs, heals, or energy generation.
Skill synergy. Does this character’s kit combo with itself? Self-synergy makes a character strong even without specific team requirements.
Team synergy. The best characters also enable or amplify their teammates. A character who increases the team’s overall damage may be more valuable than one who personally deals the most damage.
Skill ceiling vs. floor. Some characters are strong even in inexperienced hands; others require precise input timing and positioning to reach their potential. Keep an eye on characters who seem to underperform at first — they may be underrated once the community understands them.
Meta relevance. Tier lists shift when new content releases. A character who excels at the current hardest content might drop a tier when a new challenge mode arrives.
